Objective

In collaboration with Elle of Define Consulting, our collective task had two clear objectives. One to reinforce Critharis's forty-year – industry-renowned reputation – as an award-winning, family-run construction specialist in luxury residential architecture. Two, to attract new clients in Sydney and internationally and appeal to new architectural partners and peers.

Solution

Following our immersive Curiosity and Collaboration phases with Will – Critharis's Managing Director - and Elle, it was apparent that the whole brand perception and experience would need to be elevated to suit the various audience profiles defined by Define Consulting. The overall brand experience would need to appeal to design-savvy and luxury-literate international audiences whilst sitting comfortably in the aesthetically refined architectural world, moving away from the typical building firm visual language.

Through our early discovery phases and the articulation of the essential brand messaging pillars, key points quickly established themselves as critical differentiators for the business. Driven by proud attention to detail and a strong communication ethic, every house is treated as their own. Combining the latest technology and traditional construction skills, every unique problem is overcome and solved with clear communication and considered craftsmanship.

The entire build process is overseen by Will, the managing director, and the founders' Con and Ilia, with every step refined through integrity, even those parts you may never see.

With the combination of experience and a willingness to solve unique architecturally designed bespoke homes, it was clear that Critharis has the drive to bring original concepts and ideas to fruition. Which ultimately became the elevated brand's core idea – Building Australia's Most Exciting Architectural Visions.
